What is my device warranty period?
CCT offers a 30 day warranty on all devices. Anything over 30 days would need to be directed to the device manufacturer.
Do you repair products after the warranty period has expired?
Unfortunately due to our extensive product selection we are unable to offer a repair service. However CCT staff members may be able to offer advice on repair or forward you to the manufacturer.
What should I do if I lose my phone or device?
You should contact CCT immediately so that we can place a security bar on your account so that it is not misused. CCT can offer the purchase of a new phone and SIM card and you are able to keep your current number.
When will I be eligible for am upgrade or new phone?
If you are a post-paid customer and you are within the final 3 months of your contract or you have fulfilled your current contract you are eligible for a discounted upgrade or new phone.
Where can I get general advice on how to use my phone?
CCT staff are trained and here to help if you have any queries regarding how to use your handset. Alternatively the manufacturer’s website is a good source of information on any phone you purchase.
Can I get accessories for my new phone?
Depending on the handset you choose CCT can supply you with a range of accessories.
How will I know what my phone comes with?
You can either check the (what’s in the box) section of the website or alternatively, if you are looking to purchase a phone, ask a CCT Staff member to show you what it is supplied with.
