What is CCTnet?

CCTnet is a wireless Internet service, based on EVDO technology, giving you access to the Internet throughout the BVI from your laptop or desktop, with the added convenience of full mobility.

How much is CCTnet?

$69 per month for the main line, $49 per month per additional line in the same contract.

What is the contract length?

18 months

Where will CCTnet work?

CCTnet service work anywhere withing the coverage area throughout the BVI.

What is a CCTnet modem?

A CCTnet modem essentially is a device that picks up the CCTnet signal. A CCTnet modem is pluged in your laptop, connecting you to the CCTnet service.

What are the CCTnet modem choices?

You have the choice of 2 modems depending on your computer, a USB modem or a PCMCIA card.

How much does the CCTnet modem cost?

The modem is free

What if I lose my CCTnet modem?

If you lose your modem, you can purchase a new modem from wither of our CCT store in Road Town Tortola or Virgin Gorda.

What if my modem stops working?

CCT will cover any manufacturing faults on your modem for the length of your contract. However if the modem has evidence of damage you would be required to purchase a new modem.

What if I cannot get coverage?

We are confident in our service; however we cannot guarantee 100% coverage. If you have any problems with coverage we have a 3 day return policy. You can also contact our customer service department for more information on coverage in your area.

What if I need to cancel my contract early?

If you need to cancel early you can do so, you would be required to pay an early termination fee depending on where you are in your contract.

What is CCTmax?

CCTmax is a high-speed wireless Internet service powered by Wimax technology. Wimax is a broadband digital communication system. It uses wireless technology to provide fast and secure Internet connections.

What is a CCTmax modem?

A CCTmax wireless modem is a device that provides an Ethernet port where you can connect your computer or a router, allowing you to connect to the CCTmax signal, providing fast and secure Internet service. In this case the modem is a Breezemax Si box.

Where is the CCTmax network coverage area?

CCTmax is currently available in Road Town. CCT is working in increasing the CCTmax coverage area.

How much does CCTmax cost?

CCTmax costs $79 per month.

How long is the contract?

CCTmax is an 18 month contract.

How much does the CCTmax modem cost?

CCTmax modem is usually provided for a monthly rent fee of $10. Alternatively you can also purchase the modem. Contact our stores in Road Town and Virgin Gorda for more details.

What If I cannot get a good signal?

We are confident in our product in the network coverage area, however, if you have any problems, you can call customer services on 284-4444444. You also have a 15 day return policy if you are not completely satisfied.
