Getting started
When will I receive my first bill?
Our billing cycle runs from the first of the month until the last day of the month. Your bill due date will be between the 22nd and the 24th of the following month. Your bill will be posted to the address you give at the point of activation. You will also be notified by SMS of the monthly bill due date.
Where and how can I pay my bill?
You can set up an automatic payment via a credit or debit card at the point of activation, by doing this you will not need to worry about paying your bill each month, as CCT will automatically take the payment. Alternatively you can come into either of our store located in Road Town Tortola or Virgin Gorda and pay via cash, check or credit/debit card.
What if I change my mind about my rate plan?
